The process of repatriating a Malaysian woman, believed to be a member of the Daesh militant group, along with her four children, who are currently detained at a detention centre in Syria, will take time as it requires cooperation from various parties.

Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter-Terrorism Division, principal assistant director, Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay, said the process was currently in the early stage of discussions involving the Home Ministry, Wisma Putra and related parties in Syria.
